LED
generates less heat, brighter screen consuming less electricity,
therefore, longer battery life.
ACER
is fast catching up
to become #1 over HP now. We much prefer the customer services from
Acer (5 thumbs up) than HP (1 thumb up). We handle all warranty
work in our shop. We still need their customer service to be good
for manufacturer approval work and/or if we need parts from the
manufacturer and/or broken unit must be sent back to manufacturer.
Toshiba, Lenovo and Sony are all great.
HDMI
is lovely. All new TV’s have it. Most new projectors have
it. Uncompressed sound & video thin wire up to 100 feet.

Your
most important information
must be at 2 places (different devices) at all times. External hard
drive is economically priced. USB drives are often too small to fit
all your pictures, songs, documents, etc.
Expired
antivirus = no
protection. More than one antivirus programs running = slow.
Not
all free software is
bad and not all expensive software is good. Often, the free version
is better than the PRO version you upgraded to (They can sound quite
convincing that you should). ‘Suite’
is usually a collection of programs that may duplicate other
programs you already have.
